There are 2 main functions to your role:
You will be the the go-to person for help and support throughout the end-to-end customer journey.
This is our first customer success hire, so there is huge scope for building out what this function looks like through product development input, operational input and influencing how we build out the team.
This role is all about supporting people, project management and a hunger to operationally scale how we deliver our services. We need someone who has a product and operational mindset to go with a supportive nature.
